Mar 22nd 2023I was referred here by my OB for pelvic/girdle pain, so I had no idea what the place would be like once I arrived. Had all my sessions with Morgan who is absolutely amazing! Staff is polite, friendly and the facility is clean, which is a plus for me. The difference in pain level is night and day. I could barely walk when I had my first session, but now I can do most of my activities pain-free.

Feb 22nd 2023I strongly suggest Empower, these guys know what they’re doing, I had my second shoulder surgery Dec 28, 2023, and with these guys my shoulder is like new, the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced, I highly, highly recommend Empower Physical Therapy.

Feb 22nd 2023The people at Empower have really put me on track to recovery. Having total knee replacement on both knees, I know that it is the hard work of the people at Empower that have me where I’m at today. Even though I’m about finished with my physical therapy they have given me tools to keep right on track. Great Team, Great Job!!

Nov 13th 2022Empower Anchorage changed the trajectory of my life. Before starting my sessions, I felt I would always have to accept my level of back pain. But Empower thankfully proved that did not have to be the case. With a personalized sequence of exercises, I was able to improve my strength. Positive feedback helped encourage me. My personalized home exercise program will help me retain my progress and empower my future development. But most important is the team.

Crystal Chandler is an incredible pelvic floor therapist and helped me go from having daily pain, to not lol! It’s been such a life changer. May 9th 2022I was treated with dignity, care, and with purpose. Everyone here was accommodating and professional. I feel that my shoulder has improved significantly! I appreciate all of the knowledge and skills the therapist have, they were able to give me the confidence I needed with all of the exercises and programs.

Nov 19th 2021I spent almost a year of physical therapy in another state and I must say empower was so much better as far assessment and reaching my end goals. If I ever need to return to PT, Empower is the only place I would go!

Jul 2nd 2021Each person on the team was professional, friendly, attentive, and supportive. I always felt welcome arriving, and encouraged upon leaving. Jacob and Zola in particular were awesome. When I first came in I was feeling quite frustrated with my limited ability.
