May 21st 2026I had a total hip replacement about 5 weeks ago. I started PT 2 weeks after surgery. I feel that the therapists at Empower PT see my weaknesses and work on them. They also do not “baby” me. They make me work which is why I am coming 2 x per week. I feel they listen and are concerned about me and wish me to get better.

Raised with a father in the Navy so I’ve lived all over the Lower 48. Most of my home roots reside in Tennessee. I went to undergrad in Alabama at Faulker University where I played college soccer. I got lucky enough to play semi-pro soccer in the PDL for the Nashville Metros.
