But Empower thankfully proved that did not have to be the case. With a personalized sequence of exercises, I was able to improve my strength. Positive feedback helped encourage me. Justin Handy is a Physical Therapist who joined the Empower Physical Therapy team in 2017. He grew up in Idaho, where he enjoyed playing sports as a youth; including football, basketball, and baseball. After graduating high school, Justin served a two-year mission for his church that cultivated his love to serve and help others. Later, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University-Idaho, where he also met his wife, Kate.
