Highly recommended Empower Physical Therapy!! The staff is so kind and caring. Crystal Chandler is an incredible pelvic floor therapist and helped me go from having daily pain, to not lol! It’s been such a life changer. Will be going there again my next pregnancy and postpartum. Would recommend to anyone!!🤗
