What is your background and experience in this industry? I went to Boise State and Studied Kinesiology (Study of movement). My original goal was for become a PT, however, I have learned to enjoy the administrative side of the profession

What is your background and experience in this industry? Lots of personal physical therapy after 2 knee replacements and spinal surgery.  

What do you enjoy most about your role? I love speaking to people and it is easy to relate and encourage them that they are doing a great thing for their personal health.

Empower History: I have been with Empower since 2020, I started as an FOC, them moved up the ranks to Tech, then Tech supervisor followed by Support Team supervisor and most recently I was promoted to the Director of Administration.

What is your background and experience in this industry? I have a bachelors in Health Science and obtained that while working with Empower, found a passion for leadership through watching out leaders
