Kristina Buck, PT, DPT

Kristina Buck is a Physical Therapist. From a young age Kristina was very involved in team sports, being the captain of her high school soccer and basketball teams while helping lead her basketball team to two state championships. Sports helped instill communication, commitment and team work.

Kristina grew up in Farmingdale, Maine, and was very active in the community. She attended the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine where she earned a Bachelor’s in Science in Athletic Training. She worked closely with local high schools and colleges treating their athletes and covering events. Kristina then attended Husson University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at Husson she completed clinical rotations in two outpatient orthopedic clinics, at a Rehabilitation Hospital working with neurological patients, and school-based pediatrics. While completing her Doctorate degree she was an assistant Athletic Trainer for the Husson University Eagles.

Having a background in sports and orthopedics, Kristina went on to complete a Sports Residency through Select Physical Therapy after her Doctorate degree. She worked closely with the University of Maine Black Bears, Husson University Eagles, and John Bapst Memorial High Crusaders. Kristina helped with on-field coverage of games and rehabbing athletes to return to their respective sports.

Kristina moved to Alaska with her fiancé and puppy. Growing up in Maine she was surrounded by nature and the outdoors and is excited to explore everything that Alaska has to offer.
